Year 4 have been learning how the human digestive system works. The children and teachers enjoyed creating their own version of one using musical instruments and left over stew!
Celebrating Chinese New Year!
Year Four had lots of fun learning about Chinese culture and how Chinese people celebrate their New Year. Thank you to everyone who came along and watched the assembly at the end of the day!
Year 4 Enjoy Geography Day! On the last day before half term, the entire school were given the opportunity to take part in Bidbury's first ever Geography Day. The pupils had the opportunity to take part in everything, from building a river, to sampling Turkish Delight. Needless to say, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

It was lovely to meet so many of you at the 'Meet the Teacher' evenings during the second week of term. We have so many exciting things to look forward to this term including a trip to Ancient Rome (otherwise known as Chichester)! The details of this will be coming to you shortly via a letter. We also have a Geography Day before half term and those ukulele lessons!
Don't forget swimming lessons start on the 21st September and Lionfish Class will be swimming first.
